Agency dedicated to Microsoft Copilot Studio
Dalesto designs, deploys and steers your Copilot Studio agents. On your tenant, with your data, no new infrastructure to secure.
A Copilot Studio agent
Your data, where it already lives
It finds the right information, answers in your teams' language and carries out the action in your tools.
Where your teams already work
Everything stays inside your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Why now
Copilot Studio is already in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Nothing to buy, nothing to deploy. All the value, and all the cost, comes down to design.
01
Everything stays in Microsoft 365, under your Entra security and DLP rules. Your other tools plug in through 1,400+ connectors, with nothing new to secure.
02
No per-user licence: credits are consumed when the agent works. A well-designed agent is cheap to run, and we estimate that consumption before building it. Dalesto's engagement is a fixed-fee quote, independent of that consumption.
03
Your agents query the ERP, run workflows, hand off to each other. They do the work rather than just answering.
"A well-designed agent pays off twice: time saved, and the trust of your teams."
Services
From the lightest to the most involved. All services are fixed-fee quotes, separate from Microsoft credits.
1 day
Your use cases mapped, costs estimated, a prioritised roadmap. You know what to launch, in what order, and for how much.
For: IT leaders or executives who want clarity before committing.
Most requested
3 weeks
One agent live in Teams or Microsoft 365 Copilot, tested by your teams, plus the handover to run it without us.
For: a team with an identified use case that wants something concrete.
4 to 12 weeks
Agent inventory, DLP rules, credit tracking: you know who runs what, and what it costs.
For: organisations where agents are already multiplying.
Method
We cost before we build, using the official estimator and our production data.
Nothing goes live without IT sign-off: connectors, DLP, the agent's Entra identity.
Real users, on their real cases, not scripted demos.
Your teams know how to administer, evolve and monitor the agent.
We check the bill matches the estimate, and adjust the design if it drifts.

Answers leave, payroll and benefits questions, and raises an HR ticket when it doesn't know.

One agent qualifies the purchase request, a second queries the ERP and prepares the purchase order: the two hand off within a workflow.

FAQ · Copilot Studio
A Copilot Studio agent is an AI assistant built inside Microsoft 365 that answers and acts on your SharePoint, Teams, Outlook or ERP data. It gets adopted when it rests on a precise use case, chosen sources and users involved from day one: that is the Dalesto method, and it is what gets an agent used in its first week.
Copilot Studio is billed on usage in Copilot Credits, at $0.01 per credit or $200 per month for a pack of 25,000, with no per-user licence. An agent's monthly cost therefore depends on how it is designed. This Microsoft cost is separate from Dalesto's services (diagnostic, build, governance), which are quoted on request. Dalesto estimates consumption before building and measures it 30 days after go-live, so the budget is agreed up front. (Billing details subject to change.)
Yes: a Copilot Studio agent runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, under your permissions, your DLP (data loss prevention) rules and your Microsoft Entra directory. It respects each user's existing access rights and has its own Entra identity, which your IT team can inventory, monitor or disable.
No, and two things must be kept apart. To build and administer agents in the Copilot Studio tool, no Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is required: billing is in Copilot Credits. To use an agent once published in Teams, SharePoint or on a website, your staff only need their standard Microsoft 365 licence. The Microsoft 365 Copilot licence only serves to reach the agent inside the Copilot experience (Word, Outlook, Copilot chat). Dalesto sets out the right licence configuration at the diagnostic stage.
Governing Copilot Studio agents starts with an inventory: which agents run, for which users, on which sources, and how many credits they consume. Dalesto consolidates what works, improves what can be improved and sets the framework for the next agents, in step with the Microsoft 365 admin centre.
Yes. Copilot Studio is a no-code platform: a trained administrator can change an agent's instructions, sources and connectors, track its consumption and evolve it. Every Dalesto engagement includes the agent's documentation and a skills handover, so your teams are fully autonomous after go-live.
Yes, as a complement. The Microsoft integrator keeps infrastructure, licences and network; the specialist agency brings the design, build and steering of AI agents. Dalesto is a French consultancy dedicated solely to Microsoft Copilot Studio, working in France and internationally with SMEs, mid-caps and large groups.
Copilot Studio is the right tool when a company already runs Microsoft 365 and wants AI agents connected to its internal data, with no new infrastructure. Dalesto offers a 30-minute scoping call to review the use case, the Microsoft 365 environment and priorities, then gives a clear opinion and a way forward.
